Guest Speaker Carolyn Phinney joins us to speak about “Shadow Work & Subconscious Rescripting: The Work Beneath the Words” (1 CEH). This session introduces shadow work and subconscious rescripting as powerful tools for helping clients shift the internal patterns that keep them stuck. We’ll explore how hidden beliefs, protective behaviors, and the “Guardian Mind” can self-sabotage or block healing, and how rescripting opens the door to real, lasting change. Based on the book Give A Shift, this training brings practical, trauma-informed strategies for emotional empowerment. This content is particularly beneficial for professionals in the substance use workforce, offering insights that support clients struggling with addiction and co-occurring trauma.

6:00PM – 7:30PM | Outdoor Fair

Visit tables featuring our communities’ wellness providers, enjoy dinner at the Analog Pizza pop-up, and cool down at the Frozen Flamingo ice cream truck! A wide range of wellness providers will be attending to share information about their specialties — including acupuncture, reiki, therapy, health and wellbeing courses, and more. Come connect with the wellness providers in our community!
