A 1-Hour Lunch & Learn Training with Melissa Kelleher
Virtual Via Zoom | 11:30am-12:30pm
Presentation: Join us for an in-depth finance session focused on the key elements of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), designed to help vendors and subrecipients successfully navigate federal award compliance. This training will break down the foundational components of Uniform Guidance and explore how these rules apply to financial management, procurement, and administrative requirements for federal and state-funded contracts. Participants will gain a clear understanding of cost principles—including allowable, allocable, and reasonable expenses—as well as requirements related to timekeeping, internal controls, procurement thresholds, subrecipient monitoring, and audit standards. The session will also emphasize the importance of documentation and reporting, helping attendees build systems that support transparency, compliance, and successful monitoring outcomes. Whether you're new to federal awards or looking for a refresher, this training offers practical insights, real-world examples, and helpful tools to strengthen your organization’s financial integrity and readiness for audit.
This training is financed under a contract with the State of NH, Department of Health and Human Services, with funds provided in part by the State of NH and/or such funding sources as were available or required, e.g., the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
