Presentation: Join us for an intensive two-day training designed to delve deeply into the Fourth Edition's updates and enhancements. This application-focused workshop offers participants a comprehensive exploration of the significant changes and improvements in the latest edition.

The Key training objectives will be achieved by:
- In-Depth Exploration of the Six Dimensions: Understand the core dimensions in detail and their impact on assessment and decision-making.
- Level of Care Assessment: Gain hands-on experience in evaluating different levels of care using updated criteria.
- Application of Risk Ratings: Learn how to apply Risk Ratings across the Five Dimensions to make informed decisions.
- Dimensional Admission Criteria Decision Rules: Practice applying the new decision rules to ensure accurate and effective admissions.
- Shared Decision Making: Explore strategies for involving clients and stakeholders in the decision-making process.
- Service Characteristic Standards Overview: Get familiar with the standards that define service characteristics and their role in service delivery.
- Discharge and Transition Criteria: Understand the updated criteria for discharge and transition to ensure smooth client transitions.
This training is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience with the Fourth Edition's key components, empowering you to apply these elements effectively in your professional practice.

As a result of this training, participants will be able to:
- List the changes between the 3rd edition and 4th edition of the ASAM criteria books;
- Explain how the six dimensions and their criteria apply to the 4th edition ASAM updates; and
- Demonstrate the practical application of the dimensions and criteria.
